MANIFESTEEM RULES FOR VIDEO SESSIONS WITH COACHES

1. PURCHASING AND RESCHEDULING VIDEO SESSIONS

We may offer the option to purchase a single video session or a package of video sessions with one of our coaches. Please be aware that there is a specified term for using video sessions, which is indicated on the purchase screen. Any unused video sessions will expire at the end of such term, and no refunds will be provided.

It's important to note that the information provided by Manifesteem or our Coaches is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. The video sessions are not a substitute for any professional advice, including but not limited to (a) professional medical or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or (b) professional financial or investment advice or guidance, or (c) professional legal advice.

Therefore, your reliance on the information provided by Manifesteem or our Coaches is solely at your own discretion, and any and all decisions you make based on this information will be your sole and exclusive responsibility. The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on the information provided by Manifesteem or our Coaches.

Video sessions with a coach are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on Manifesteem or required by applicable laws.

You have the option to reschedule a video sessions, provided that you meet either of the following conditions:

  • You requested a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time; OR
  • The coach did not show up at the scheduled session time.

However, you should also be aware that you are not eligible to reschedule a session under any of the following circumstances:

  • You booked a session less than 24 hours in advance; OR
  • You did not show up for the session without providing prior notification; OR
  • You requested to reschedule the session less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time;
  • The video call failed due to technical issues with your end equipment or Internet connection;
  • You chose to end the session prematurely;
  • The coach terminated the session due to your inappropriate behavior.

If you need to cancel a scheduled video session, you can do so by logging onto Manifesteem or by sending an email to support@manifesteem.com . However,please keep in mind that any cancelled video sessions will expire.

In the event that you experience technical difficulties during the video session, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2. COMMUNICATION RULES

When you communicate with Coaches, you are subject to these Manifesteem Rules (the "Rules"). By following these Rules, you can ensure a positive and productive coaching experience.

DO:

  • Act with integrity, competence, diligence and respect towards the Coaches. Our Coaches are professional who are committed to helping you your goals. Treat them with same respect and courtesy that you would expect from them.
  • If you have a medical issue, seek advice from an appropriate medical professional. Our Coaches are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
  • Follow our Terms and Conditions of Use and other legal documents available on Manifesteem. These documents outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of Manifesteem. Failure to comply with these documents may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
  • If you have any disputes or conflicts with a Coach, please inform us via support@manifesteem.com . We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, such as removing the Coach from Manifesteem if necessary

DON'T:

  • Send any commercial, marketing, or promotional offers. Manifesteem is for self-development purposes only and not for advertising or selling products or services.
  • Send inappropriate, racist, obscene, vulgar, or abusive content. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech and any form of discrimination or harassment. Users who engage in such behavior will be immediately suspended or terminated from Manifesteem.
  • Share your contact information, such as emails, phone numbers, social media links, or any other contact information with the purpose of being contacted outside of Manifesteem. Our Coaches and users are not permitted to contact each other outside of Manifesteem.
  • Make payments outside of Manifesteem. All payments for coaching services must be made through Manifesteem to ensure a safe and secure transaction.
  • Request the Coach to provide medical advice, to diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition. Our Coaches are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • If you or any other person is in danger, do not use Manifesteem. Instead, refer to a specialist or call emergency services in your local area.

3. COMPANY'S RIGHTS

If you violate any of these Rules, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take action against you, including but not limited to:

  • Blocking or hiding your account on Manifesteem;
  • Immediately terminating the agreement with you;
  • Taking any other action deemed necessary to terminate or prevent your violation of these Rules.

Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, if your account is blocked or terminated due to the violation of these Rules, the Company will not refund any unused amounts.

If you believe that the termination of your access to the Platform was unjustified or in error, you may challenge it by contacting the Company's support team at support@manifesteem.com .
